Airflow Check Valve

Product Specifications:

1. Rectangular check valves are installed in ventilation ducts to prevent backflow of air after the fan stops.

2. The opening pressure of the valve can be adjusted.

3. When the valve is closed, the air leakage rate meets the requirements for standard valves specified in (JG/T436-2014 Ventilation Airflow Control Valves for Buildings).

Product Features:

1. The check valve housing is made of 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel plate, and the disc is made of 1.5 mm thick aluminum plate, offering the advantages of smooth operation and explosion-proof design.

2. The check valve bearings are made of oil-impregnated copper powder metallurgy, providing permanent lubrication without the need for oil replenishment and withstanding temperatures up to 200°C.

3. The disc shaft is made of 12mm galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel. When the valve width (W) exceeds 1200mm, a center partition is added to separate the discs, serving to reinforce the structure.
