1. The AD Electric Multi-Blade Double-Sided Control Valve is specifically designed for airflow regulation and pressure control in ventilation and air conditioning systems.

2. It is installed directly on ductwork to regulate indoor airflow.

3. The control mechanism is an electric on/off type; it opens or closes electrically, automatically cuts off power when fully open or closed, and simultaneously provides an open or closed electrical signal (passive signal).

4. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements for standard valves specified in “JG/T436-2014 Airflow Control Valves for Building Ventilation.”

Product Features:

1. The control valve housing and blades are made of galvanized steel plate, with a thickness of 1.5 mm for both the housing and the blades.

2. The control valve bearings are made of oil-impregnated copper powder metallurgy, requiring no additional lubrication and providing permanent lubrication.

3. The blade shaft is made of 12-grade galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.

4. When the valve width (W) exceeds 1,200 mm, a center partition is added to separate the blades, serving to reinforce the structure.
