Key Product Specifications:

Thermal sensor activation temperature: 70°C

Valve fire resistance rating: 1.5 hours; air leakage rate (at 300 Pa pressure differential) ≤ 500 m³/m²·h

Control voltage: 24 V DC

Activation current: ≤ 0.7 A

Reset current: ≤0.7A

Micro-switch contact rating: AC 220V, 3A

Rotation direction: Counterclockwise to close when activated

Actuation time: Instantaneous

Reset time: ≤12 seconds

Product Features:

1. The valve remains normally open. In the event of a fire, the smoke (or temperature) detector sends an electrical signal (24 V DC) via the control center, which energizes the motor inside the actuator, causing the valve to close automatically and outputting a closure signal.

2. After the valve closes, the DC motor drives the reset mechanism.

3. The valve can be closed and reset manually.

4. When the temperature rises to 70°C, the temperature sensor activates, and the valve closes automatically.

5. Action and reset signals are fed back to the control center and trigger interlock devices.

6. The valve features six manual settings for adjusting airflow.

Product Construction:

Main Components: Valve body, blades, shaft, shaft sleeve, temperature sensor, actuator, stainless steel spring plate, torsion spring, etc.

Maximum Valve Dimensions: 1200 × 800

The width and height are designed to match duct dimensions; flange dimensions comply with the flange specifications for metal rectangular ducts in the Chinese national standard GB 50234-2002.

Product Operating Conditions:

Static pressure: 1500 Pa or less

Maximum air velocity: 15 m/s

Operating temperature: -10°C to 50°C

Operating humidity: Relative humidity 85% or less

Important Notes:

1. Do not apply paint to the exterior of the actuator, and do not apply oil to electrical components, as this may cause malfunctions.

2. Fire dampers are critical to life safety and must be installed and commissioned by qualified professionals. During normal operation, perform routine inspections of the opening and closing mechanisms, electrical signal operations, and temperature sensors every six months.
