Product Features:

1. The valve remains normally open. In the event of a fire, the smoke (or temperature) detector sends an electrical signal (24 V DC) via the control center, which energizes the solenoid inside the actuator, causing the valve to close automatically and outputting a closure signal.

2. The valve can be closed manually or triggered by a 70°C temperature sensor.

3. The valve features six manual settings for adjusting airflow.

4. The valve must be manually reset after activation.

Main Components: Valve body, blades, shaft, shaft sleeve, temperature sensor, actuator, stainless steel spring plate, torsion spring, etc.

The torsion spring torque of the actuator can be adjusted to three levels to accommodate different duct sizes. The flange dimensions are identical to those specified for metal rectangular ducts in the Chinese national standard GB50234-2002.

Important Notes:

1. Do not apply paint to the exterior of the actuator, and do not apply oil to electrical components, as this may cause malfunctions.

2. Fire dampers are critical to life safety and must be installed and commissioned by qualified professionals. During normal operation, perform routine inspections of the opening and closing mechanisms, electrical signal operations, and temperature sensors every six months.
